JOB SUMMARY: This is an Operations Analyst II in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Regional Administration. The incumbent will conduct reviews of system records to determine compliance with applicable federal, state, and program policies and procedures. Conduct analysis of case review results and identify deficient performance areas, workflow issues, error trends and training needs. Prepare reports of compliance analysis and make recommendations to address deficiencies. Review case circumstances to identify and resolve operational deficiencies or correct system information. Advise regional management of identified trends and issues to assist in decision making and make recommendations for resolution of problems. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert regarding operational procedure and the Child Support System functionality for internal and external partners.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue;
  • Two years of experience as a Revenue Specialist II or above;
  • Two years of experience performing quality reviews;
  • Two years of experience of effective communication through a variety of methods to a diverse audience;
  • Two years of experience applying rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures in a professional environment.

    SKILLS VERIFICATION TEST: All applicants who meet the screening criteria/minimum job requirements will be required to take a Skills Verification Test. Applicants must receive a score of at least 70% to be considered further.
