Communications Assistant Position 
DESCRIPTION:
This position acts as a receptionist, registering callers, directing them to proper office, and giving routine information. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including (but not necessarily limited to): receives, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, typing/word processing; extensive telephone communication with clients, witnesses, the public, law enforcement; and other related tasks as assigned. 
REQUIREMENTS:
The successful applicant should have at least two (2) years' receptionist experience, outstanding clerical skills, excellent communication skills, and working knowledge of office procedures, case tracking program and legal terminology. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organized individual of proven integrity, who can handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion; a self-starter who accepts challenges, works well under pressure, and requires minimal supervision after training. Candidate must be able to work well under time constraints. Candidate must be able to work 8 am - 5 pm and may  be required to work later hours if needed. The applicant must have an excellent attendance record.
