Function:
This position reports to the Director of Administrative Services and supports Human Resources function as assigned, including, but not limited to coordinating the recruiting process, coordinating new hire onboarding, administrating time & attendance records, tracking performance review and mandatory training compliance, reporting worker’s comp notices, maintaining HR metrics, etc. Maintains a database of current and former employees. Remains up to date on current labor laws and regulations. The person in this position will train and serve on the circuit wide team that coordinates ADA accommodations for court personnel and the public. Working relationships are established and maintained with other all court professionals and the public. This role requires the highest level of integrity, diplomacy and discretion. Occasional travel (mileage reimbursable at the state rate as available). Headquarters are subject to change based upon the needs of the Court.
Minimum Requirements:
Any combination of college and related experience totaling at least 7 years. Supervisory and/or HR background preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Applicants must possess a basic knowledge of office procedures. It will be critical to know how to prioritize assignments, how to organize an office and manage time. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and orally. Ability to manage digital & paper files as well as efficiently use the Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other proprietary software applications.
