The incumbent is expected to utilize various databases (CCIS, FSFN, DAVID, etc) to ascertain reports and information to be provided to staff. The incumbent is expected to assist the Field Support Analyst in making requests (via fax, phone or email) for records to various agencies to include (but not limited to) hospitals, law enforcement agencies, schools, mental health facilities, etc. The incumbent must be able to review records and document pertinent information to be assessed by the Field Support Analyst. Must be able to travel to various agencies within the county to include (but not limited to) hospitals, law enforcement agencies, schools, mental health facilities, etc. to pick up requested records

It is expected that the incumbent utilizes their personal vehicle to travel within the county and maintain the appropriate business vehicle insurance.

The incumbent must perform related work as required.
