This position involves the preparation and maintenance of database for analysis and management of licensure and Certification of State of Florida Health Care Facilities and Providers.  This includes tracking and scheduling requests for initial surveys, routine surveys, follow-up visits and complaint investigations.  It also includes data entry of survey results into the FRAES system.  This position will serve as the Quality Assurance principal for ensuring that survey kits are complete prior to submission to the Central Office Units.  This incumbent will demonstrate proficiency in ASPEN, FRAES, ACTS, EXCEL, as well as office databases.  This position is responsible for pulling, analyzing, and correcting data reports which denote errors.  Applicants are generally hired at the minimum of the pay scale as indicated above.

  • Two years of professional or nonprofessional experience in administrative work.

    Preference will be given to applicants with an Associate’s degree in human resource and/or human services from an accredited institution, or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and/or Human Services from an accredited college or university.  Professional or nonprofessional experience in administrative work, human resources, human services, professional regulation, consumer complaint program work, interviewing, business administration, customer or public relations, investigations, may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the preferred college educations.
