JOB SUMMARY:
This is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Communications process, reporting to the Communication Statewide Manager. This is a highly responsible position that will work with business and core process owners to coordinate business process and CAMS upgrade projects and activities. Duties also include reviewing help desk requests to evaluate the impact to communications materials and serves as a point of contact to provide technical assistance and timely resolution to Intranet, Knowledge Central, and Knowledge Portal inquiries.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program.
- Two years of experience leading teams or managing large projects with deadlines.
- Two years of experience communicating through variety of methods with diverse audience.
- Two years of experience researching and analyzing info, making recommendations.
PREFERENCES:
- Two years of project management experience or project management professional certification.
- Two years of experience drafting proposals or recommendations for management approval.
- One year of experience teaching, instructing, or coaching others.
- Experience with web design or web functionality
SPECIAL NOTES:
- This position is part-time telework eligible after training and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached.
- There is no skills verification test, however there is a work sample exercise immediately following the interview. Candidates will be provided the details when they are invited for an interview.
- The applicant selection criteria (ASC) screening tool has been administratively approved. Those applicants who have met the minimum qualifications and with the greatest points accumulated via the ASC scoring, will be selected for interview.
SALARY: $62,400.00 - $82,256.76.
