Consumer Services Analyst III
Duties and Responsibilities
This is a highly responsible, professional position focused on responding to postal and email communications and face-to-face visits by individuals to the Governor to request assistance, express opinions, and register agency complaints. The position duties may include routing written correspondence or emails to other team members or agencies for follow up/resolution and preparing proclamations. The position requires extensive knowledge regarding the operations of state agencies and the Governor’s priorities and policies, as well as the ability to interact with constituents with courtesy and tact.

Respond to postal and electronic correspondence to the Governor’s Office; prepare proclamations; postal and electronic routing to EOG units, OPB units and other external agencies |
