**This position will function as a data and survey technician.
Position Duties
- Responsible for all technical and administrative activities related to VR’s Customer Feedback Survey.
- Develops quarterly survey sample dataset.
- Collects and analyzes survey data.
- Prepares summary reports and presentations.
- Responds to customers’ survey-related email inquiries.
- Identifies insights, data trends and response patterns.
- Assists with developing and administering surveys requested by other business units.
- Coordinates and collects survey requirements from staff, stakeholders, and customers.
- Develops and coordinates survey communications and analysis of results.
- Prepares survey results and analytical reports for distribution to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Supports data analytics and planning activities.
- Assists with preparing reports, presentations, data requests and other programmatic information for use by division and department leadership, legislators, partner agencies and other external stakeholders and partners.
- Assists data team with designing and formatting reports and datasets.
- Requests information from other business units and external stakeholders and partners.
- Research supplementary data and information related to VR performance data.
- Assists with coordinating meetings and collaborative work within the bureau and with other business units and external partners.
Experience/Skills needed-
Education- High school diploma
Experience- 1-3 years
Experience designing, developing and administering surveys using online platforms.
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience compiling and analyzing data.
Experience drafting presentations, reports and other publications.
