Description of Job

The Operations Analyst I work in a fast paced, professional position located in the Bureau of Issuance Oversight, Projects & Program Oversight. This position will be responsible for providing operational oversight and support to the credentialing areas of titles, registrations, driver licenses and identification cards. This position will also be responsible for performing title updates and corrections, answering inquiries from vendors and tax collectors, as well as handing issues with liens and lienholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants with experience providing customer service, experience coordinating complex assignments requiring the collaboration of multiple individuals and programs, experience do you have interpreting and applying laws, policies and procedures.

 

 Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document work flow and other activities relating to the improvement of management practices.
  • Ability to organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials.
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Ability to assist in program development, expansion and improvement.
  • Ability to understand, apply and interpret applicable rules, regulations, program policies and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of FRVIS, FDLIS, Virtual Office, and other related systems.
