MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting; or

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a business major and 12 semester hours of upper level accounting coursework.

A master's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting.

NOTES:

Employee is expected to work overtime as required.

JOB DUTIES:

Reconciles the Revenue System with FLAIR on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) working days after the end of the month.

Performs balancing operations, including closing deposits, uploading deposit to FLAIR, uploading checks to Bank of America and printing cash reports within two (2) days after the validation process has been completed.

Processes corrections from the monthly revenue reconciliation report no later than the 20th of each month.

Processes corrections from the revenue mail box within three (3) working days after receipt.

Processes current year expenditure refunds within three (3) working days after receipt.

Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
