Develop and maintains processes to document, track, and report the activities and accomplishments of the Office of HIE and Policy Analysis. Manage the tracking of the annual outreach event plan. Provide customer service, organize meetings and events, and provide resource assistance in response to inquiries.

Maintain program knowledge of the Agency’s HIT projects and participate on project teams for both the Health Information Exchange and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive program

Provide project management support for outreach activities for the Florida Center for Health Information and Transparency and the Agency.

Manage content and performs updates and development for the Florida HIE, AHCA Medicaid EHR incentive program and the Florida Health Information Network websites.  This requires a basic understanding of Florida Center programs, time management to meet deadlines and technical abilities as follows: knowledge of W3C, Agency standards, and ADA compliance requirements, knowledge of Dreamweaver, HTML, and CSS, basic knowledge of Javascript and jQuery.

Authors or coordinates production of outreach materials and reports as assigned.

  • Working knowledge of Power Point and/or Publisher



  • At least 1 year of customer service or technical assistance experience.
  • At least 1 year working knowledge of MS Office suite including Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of professional experience is preferred. 
  • Professional or nonprofessional experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the preferred education.
