Salary:  $1,402.60 / Bi-Weekly

Develop and maintain processes to route and track activities and documents for the Office of HIE and Policy Analysis. Provide follow up on action items. Provide customer service, organize meetings and events, and provide resource assistance in response to inquiries.

Maintain program knowledge of the Agency’s HIT projects and participate on project teams for both the Health Information Exchange and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive program.

Maintain expertise in Agency systems, public notice, purchasing and contract management, in support of Office activities.

Other duties will include providing support to the Office Administrator.


  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Publisher)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to master program knowledge
  • Customer service communication skills
  • Technical support experience


  • At least 2 years of experience with MS Office in a business environment.
  • At least 1 year of customer service or technical assistance experience.
