JOB SUMMARY: This is a professional Career Service Government Analyst II position in the Enterprise System Support Process (ESSP) Business Warehouse & Interfaces Team, located in Tallahassee. As a key member of the ESSP Business Warehouse & Interfaces Team, you must be effective in coordinating and communicating to management and peers. You must be able to operate successfully in a demanding environment, lead teams, work independently, manage multiple tasks, develop materials and produce results that support the Program’s strategic initiatives. The employee in this position will be responsible for the leading major projects in identifying business requirements, determining and resolving software functionality issues; develop, test, and successfully implement software on the automated Child Support Enforcement System. While working with a structured testing methodology and receiving applicable training, the employee in this position will be responsible for becoming familiar and proficient in software necessary to perform job responsibilities (project management, database software, spreadsheets, and word processing).

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue;
  • College Degree or 4 years of professional experience;
  • One or more years of project management experience;
  • Experience defining business requirements, testing and leading IT projects through a software development lifecycle;
  • Two or more years of Child Support (Title IV-D) work experience and/or functional software development experience;
  • One or more years of experience facilitating meetings and/or workshops.


  • Preference will be given to applicants who provide evidence of experience working with the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS).
