JOB SUMMARY: This position serves as the Property Tax Oversight Technology Manager. Duties include the supervision of the program technology team; developing and maintaining a strategic technology plan for the program; mentoring and developing team personnel; planning program hardware and software needs; leading technology projects; maintaining the program web pages; providing program help desk customer service; serving as program liaison with the agency technology department; maintaining hardware inventory list; and other duties as necessary.



  • A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field from a college or university;
  • Three years of professional information technology (IT) experience.


  • A Master’s Degree from a college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience.
  • IT supervisory experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.


  • Preference will be given to applicants three years of experience supervising employees.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with three years of experience leading technology development projects.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with experience gathering and documenting user requirements.
