JOB SUMMARY: This is a Revenue Administrator II in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program. This position directly manages a team of 13 operational staff. The incumbent will work with the Service Center Manager to develop, implement and monitor operational plans. Communicate the strategic planning process to team members so that all levels understand the benefits derived from focused strategic initiatives to achieve the top performance for the customers served. Provide the Service Center Manager with recommendations for aligning resources. Determine resource needs and shift available resources to ensure the highest level of productivity. Analyze existing and new business requirements to determine gaps and provide solutions. Provide leadership and direction to service site team members, lead team based processes in a large site. Function as administrator, coach and advisor to team members. Provide on-the-job training to team members.

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Program for a minimum of two years.
  • Evidence of progressively responsible management experience in the public and/or private sector.
  • Experience working as a liaison with outside business partners.

  • Standard workday of 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
  • This position manages team members at two sites: Tampa Service Center and Hillsborough County Courthouse.
  • This position requires routine travel between Tampa Service Center and Hillsborough County Courthouse
