The Division of Administrative Hearings operates two distinct programs: the adjudication of administrative disputes by administrative law judges and the adjudication of workers' compensation disputes by judges of compensation claims. The division provides independent judges to conduct hearings pursuant to sections 120.569, 120.57(1) and 440, Florida Statutes, and other laws and pursuant to contracts with governmental entities.
