The Justice Administrative Commission (JAC) provides administrative services to the Offices of State Attorney, Public Defender, Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel, Capital Collateral Regional Counsel, and the Statewide Guardian ad Litem Program. Those services are in the areas of accounting, budget, financial services, and human resources.  JAC also provides compliance and financial review of billings for services provided by private court-appointed attorneys representing indigent persons and associated due process vendors.
