Office of Financial Regulation

The Office of Financial Regulation is committed to growing Florida’s economy and a healthy financial marketplace while protecting Floridians from financial criminals and scams. We are the primary regulator of the state-chartered and licensed financial services industry in Florida with oversight of businesses and professionals across the financial institutions, securities, and consumer finance arenas. In addition, the OFR’s Bureau of Financial Investigations investigates unlicensed activity and criminal misconduct within the financial services industry.
