MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma and two (2) years of professional or nonprofessional accounting experience; or
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Requires possession of a valid Class E driver’s license.

JOB DUTIES:
Responsible for the division’s Accounts Receivables. Maintain and post all account receivable deposits. Review and verify deposits before input. Prepare daily deposit reports for the Bureau of Finance and Accounting.
Responsible for monitoring past due accounts and notifying applicants, Inspection supervisors and bureau staff of delinquent accounts. Reconcile and balance various monthly revenue and accounts receivable reports. Prepare corrections and coordinate corrections with the Bureau of Finance and Accounting.
Compile information for monthly Federal Report submission, management reports and presentations, revenue reports for financials, WWPs, timesheet summary, Expense summary, etc.
Perform as back-up for the Farmers’ Stock Peanut Maintenance inventory (purchases, sales, ending inventory reconciliation) in Peachtree and / or QuickBase system and assist reconciliation of ending inventory.
Perform as back-up for vehicle accident reporting to Finance and Accounting, coordinating with employees and supervisors to gather the required reports, pictures, supervisor statement, etc. Maintain the division’s vehicle accident log. Assist with vehicle disposal process.
Perform as back-up for P-Card reviewing, reconciling, and ensuring supporting documentation requirements are met; also assist with ordering, inventorying and preparing supplies for the building and the field. Assist as back-up for mail services for the building.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
