The Work You Will Do:
Transportation Industry Associate
This position will gain knowledge, skills and experience in the Transportation Industry. The selected candidates will perform routine tasks under direct supervision across different work units within the department as well as actively participate in team projects and contribute to agency goals.

Hourly Salary Range:

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Gain knowledge, skills and experience in the Transportation Industry. Perform routine tasks under direct supervision across different work units within the department. Engage in research and provide insights to support initiatives. Interact with executive leadership, team leads, project managers, fellow interns, and external partners. Actively participate in team projects, contribute to agency goals, and assist in driving change within the organization.
Review, gain general knowledge, and perform technical tasks within one of the following focus tracks:
Engineering Track - (STEM Majors recommended, explores Professional Engineering roles) Transportation Overview, Planning and Environmental Management, Roadway Design, Drainage, Structures, Geomatics, Traffic Operations, Geotechnical, Construction Materials, Construction Management, Maintenance, Structures Maintenance
Transportation Track - (Any majors, explores transportation, in general, and how the agency contributes to providing a safe, efficient transportation system)

The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
