The Work You Will Do:
Toll Senior Business Analyst/ Office of Toll Operations/Tolls Data Center
This position supports Toll Operations by identifying and addressing reporting needs across business units at operational, tactical, and strategic levels. It involves guiding teams on best practices in data reporting and analytics, including the use of AI and machine learning, and leading the planning and implementation of reporting projects to meet stakeholder requirements.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Works with the different business units within Toll Operations to identify reporting needs at different business units within Toll Operations to collaborate on identifying reporting needs at operational, tactical, and strategic levels across various departments. Provides guidance to the different business units as to best practices, lessons learned, and opportunities to leverage advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, including machine learning and AI. Plans, develops, and implements reporting projects that fulfill business unit stakeholder reporting needs.
Works with the Business Intelligence technical team to structure and develop the appropriate implementation plan for the development of reports and dashboards for all areas of Toll Operations, including but not limited to the SunPass Program, Customer Service Operations, image review, transponder fulfillment, roadside systems, back-office, and transaction processing. Works with subject matter experts, technical teams, and tolls leadership to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics that are relevant to each business area. Designs and develops actionable analytics, dashboards, and scorecards, presented to stakeholders as insightful data visualizations.
Identifies, designs, implements, and maintains reporting database schemas, views, tables, and other data structures that are needed to support reporting capabilities. Creates dataflows and data pipelines to automate the flow of data from the data source to the reporting platform.
Provides overall administration of the reporting platform and end user support. Configures the reporting platform ensuring all configuration adheres to Department policy regarding data security standards.
Develops and maintains the Toll Operations data catalog, data dictionary, and business glossary, ensuring all data assets are accurately documented. Provides visibility of available data assets to business users.
Provides training to the Business Intelligence user community. Conducts individual and small group training sessions with users to facilitate initial onboarding and ongoing development of user skills.
Serves in times of emergency to support state response efforts ensuring continuity of operations.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
- the methods of data collection, interpretation, and analysis

- identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets using Business Intelligence tools and Structured Query Language (SQL)
