MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year of experience in the food service industry.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Occasional to moderate travel required.
Position may respond to emergencies, including natural disasters or other type incidents requiring travel, as needed.
Must be able to be inmate certified through Department of Correction.
Must be flexible to work a few weekends throughout the year.

JOB DUTIES:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparation, cooking, inventory of food items.
- Cleaning of kitchen and food preparation items.
- Light dorm cleaning, during times food prep is not necessary.
