Receives, verifies, and stores food, chemicals, equipment, and supplies.

Issues all food items, chemicals, equipment and supplies form storeroom, coolers, and freezers. Rotates stock. Load food items

for upcoming meals on utility carts.

Cleans and sanitizes storage room, coolers, and freezers through the use of proper handling of chemicals and supplies ensuring sanitation standards are met.

Assists in the preparation and maintenance of perpetual inventory records for storeroom supplies and equipment and orders food and supplies in the absence of the Stores Supervisor.

While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hospital Unit/Department safety practices and policies.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
