Duties of this position require the incumbent to be knowledgeable of and utilize the principles of Total Quality Management.

This position requires lifting, pulling and squatting.  Set up Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Meal for the day. Clean and restock work area.

Attends in service training and meetings as assigned. While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hospital, Unit/Department Safety Practices and Policies.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge of food service equipment.  Knowledge of the procedures for maintaining sanitary working conditions.
