Set up Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Meal Tray Line for the day.

Assemble Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal trays.

 Disassemble and clean bulk food area and set up for the next day meals.

 Attend inservice training and meetings as assigned.

While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hospital, Unit/Department Safety Practices and Policies.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
