This is highly technical independent work in the analysis, development and management of procedures and technical specifications for improving workflow.  The position will be responsible for our case management systems including implementation of new case management systems and ongoing management including report writing.


As directed, create SQL queries to extract data from case management system for reports and analysis.  Based upon analysis of data while creating SQL reports, identifies real and potential problem areas of data entry and takes actions to maintain data integrity.  Aid in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and business process enhancements aimed at streamlining workflow and improving standardization across the agency’s offices.

Assigned to support performance and maintenance of data with the Case management System and to provide ongoing system support to staff.


Graduation from a two-year college or trade school with data processing related course work, four years of technical office automation and computer related experience.  Progressively responsible experience as required above may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required college training.

Preferred knowledge of SQL coding to extract data from a SQ, database. Preferred knowledge of SQL Management Studio and writing queries within it.  Report writing in Crystal Reports software also preferred.
