This position is responsible for preparing and processing requests for legal documents and evidence in partnership with law enforcement to assist in criminal investigations. This includes preparing subpoenas and requesting, tracking and receiving physical and electronic records from financial institutions, telecommunication providers, social media platforms and other third party entities. Utilizes multiple secure portal and data bases to retrieve documents and send the results of the subpoenas back to the requestor. Assist officers with expedited requests, follow-ups, and other related duties.
Technical computer skills are a plus for working with the different portals and encrypted files. This position requires someone that is able to pivot to areas that need prioritization.
Minimum Requirements
Experience and proficiency using Word, Outlook and databases. Criminal justice, law enforcement or related experience or education is a plus.
