JOB SUMMARY:
This Operations Analyst II position performs as a team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy leading others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Assist with performance monitoring to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Serve as the team’s subject matter expert and completes tasks related to complex and escalated projects within the Legal Services Unit.
- Assist the supervisor in training and coaching legal assistants to ensure consistent performance and development across the unit.
- Assist the unit, as needed, in processing incoming referrals to support meeting pending workload goals and ensure timely case progression.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Legal Service Unit experience required: (a) providing legal assistance in an office or court environment, (b) reviewing and processing legal documents and/or correspondence, and (c) communicating with case parties, court officials, clerks of court, opposing attorneys, etc.
- One year of experience in explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public.
- Two years of experience coaching, mentoring, or training others.
- One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods.
- One year of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.*

SALARY: $41,517.24 - $55,115.04 / annually
