Your Specific Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of conference room functionality. Ensure that conference rooms are clean and all furniture is in working order. Monitor the meeting calendar to have the rooms opened when reserved and secured after events. Set up conference rooms as requested for meetings, return conference rooms to regular configuration after meetings.
Assist the Senior Maintenance Mechanics and Maintenance Mechanics in completing tasks such as office moves, furniture deliveries, maintaining cleanliness of the pool vehicles, etc.
Maintain cleanliness of all secured areas of the main facility on a scheduled basis and as requested.
Pressure wash the facilities buildings, sidewalks, canopies and maintaining said equipment as directed.
Monitor maintenance request system for service requests from all departments. Working with the MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT I- SES, prioritize and complete daily activities in order of importance.
Assist the maintenance mechanic with replacement of air conditioning filters, repair of heating and I or air conditioning system, plumbing, lighting, fan belt replacements. grease motors, or other items as needed.
Build modular office set ups as instructed. Assist with moving, organizing, packing and transportation of any or all equipment or office items at any of the FDOH locations as needed.
Fire extinguisher inspections to be done monthly
Work Order Requests: (to include but not limited to): Delivery of packages, Facility relocation: moving, organizing, packing, transporting and set up of office items and equipment, Delivery of copy paper, Set up and/or break down modular furniture as requested, Other items as requested.

Qualifications:
Minimum -
Must be willing to physically come in the office to perform the duties & responsibilities of the positions
Must have current authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Must have at least 1 year of maintenance support or custodial experience
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Must have the ability to follow written or oral instructions

Ability to utilize problem solving techniques
