The Work You Will Do:
Clerk - District Five / Intermodal Systems Development (ISD)
This position will assist the Intermodal Systems Development Department by offering support to the personnel of the unit. You will work directly with the Administrative staff to accomplish Team Building activities, Car Fleet support and administrative support to the Environmental and Project Development units within ISD.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Answers and routes telephone calls, takes messages and answers general questions. Greets guests and directs them to the appropriate personnel. Assists with scheduling meetings and processes office documentation as necessary. Operates a variety of standard office equipment such as fax, copiers, scanners, and computers. Prepares, organizes and distributes materials including mail, supplies and other office equipment.
Maintains and organizes records, filing systems and inventory through the use of Department tracking and data management file system.
Serves as back-up for Unit Training Coordinator with inputting training enrollments and completions. Serves as back-up Property Custodian with maintaining and transferring equipment and requestions decals. Serves as back-up in processing surplus property requests. Serves as back-up for Sharepoint updates
Back-up for preparation of travel documents and travel arrangements.
Serves on and supports special event committees such as Safety Coordinator, Employee Orientation, and Wards and Recognition as needed. Assists in Emergency Operation Recovery Efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Certificate of High School Equivalency.
