District Five / Organizational Development Office
This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative and logistical support for the Organizational Development team. The primary focus will be organizing and facilitating meetings, events, learning management system and activities for employee engagement. It requires strong data management skills, meticulous record-keeping and efficient handling of correspondence which will ensure the team's activities run smoothly.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Organizational Development Office. Uses a variety of computer systems, software applications, databases, and office equipment to accomplish assigned tasks.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails, and travel documents. Assists with tracking and reporting operating budget expenditures and encumbrances.
Maintains and updates SharePoint sites as needed. Organizes and maintains original and electronic files. Gathers, creates, and distributes information and/or documentation as needed.
Property Custodian with maintaining and transferring of equipment, requesting decals, and conducting annual inventory scanning. Updates monitor display and SharePoint website.
Assist in the implementation of special projects and initiatives related to training, performance management and employee engagement. Works with appropriate staff and partners to evaluate and report on activities.
Obtains quotes for purchasing items and makes purchases using Purchasing Card and other payment methods. Processes and prepares invoices. Purchases supplies for Organizational Development Office and keeps records for audits. Keep an updated log of budget for all purchases.
Schedules meetings, prepares agendas, transcribes meeting minutes and perform administrative duties as needed for the Innovators’ Team.
Serves on and supports special events committees. Assist in Emergency Recovery Efforts.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of: General office procedures and practices, techniques for effectively dealing with people, correct grammar usage, techniques for effective communication and effective time management.
Skills in: Providing customer service, Microsoft Office products and use of office equipment.
Ability to: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others, review data for accuracy and completeness and follow instructions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Prior experience in an office environment and a high school diploma or equivalent.
