                        Education:  Associates Degree of equivalent

                        Experience:  At least 2 years

Description

Join the State Attorney's Office team.  Multimedia Specialist needed to install, operate, maintain, and repair multimedia equipment.  This is complex, confidential work and will sometimes require performance in high-pressure environments.  This is a full-time position - Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  However, candidate must be able to work after 5:00 p.m. when equipment is needed for trials.

Qualified individual will interact and communicate effectively with our staff to ensure that needed equipment is in place and in working conditions; monitor equipment while in use, answer questions, and resolve problems as needed; break down and store all equipment after use; and provide excellent service to our staff.

Requirements

The successful applicant should have hands on experience and working knowledge of DSLR and video camera functionality; Photoshop; Adobe DC Pro; Adobe Premier CC; Adobe Audition CC; Microsoft Office Suite; and Sony Sound Forge. 

Candidate must have a strong understanding of photographic composition; be familiar with video and audio software; be able to troubleshoot audio and video hardware; and be able to differentiate between various audio, video, computer, and network cables and connectors.

Candidate must have excellent communications skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and work well both independently and as a team member. Must be highly motivated, extremely organized, and be able to handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion; be a self-starter who accept challenges, work well under pressure, and require minimal supervision after training. Must be an excellent problem-solver of IT equipment issues.

Two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience required. Video surveillance background is a plus.
