Primary responsibilities of this position include the utilization of ASPEN to prepare survey documents for certified surveys. This includes the receipt via e-mail of survey findings from surveyors; reading and editing the data submitted; drafting and proofreading the survey document; and completing the document as error free as possible before submitting to the reviewer. Duties include, but are not limited to; reading e-mail and screening items which can be handled independently, while forwarding the rest to the appropriate personnel; reviewing all written survey documentation submitted, assuring it is properly identified and filed; preparation of correspondence; operating duplicating equipment and other business machines; preparation and maintenance of facility survey files as prescribed; scans and uploads documents to Laserfiche on a timely basis.


Utilization of a computer and related applications to research survey documentation in ASPEN, as well as proficient use of the most current relaease of Microsoft Office. Run various report to retrieve data from VERSA and input data into VERSA, AEM, ACTS, and ACO as required, assuring accuracy for database management.


Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for both electronic and hard copy files. Periodically review files for purging or archiving, and maintain other controls as needed. Assist in taking and disseminating minutes from staff meetings.


Perform related work as required.



A. Knowledge of office procedures.

B. Ability to work independently.

C. Typing skills that include proper formatting of letters, memoranda, and reports with correct grammar usage.

D. An individual employed in this position must have the ability to utilize microcomputer equipment and software to enter, retrieve, and manipulate data required to perform license and certification functions.



  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with computer data entry.


Preference given for experience with ASPEN and VERSA systems.

Successful completion of a criminal background investigation is a condition of employment.
