The Work You Will Do:
RECORDS TECHNICIAN /DISTRICT 4/DISTRICT MAINTENANCE/FORT PIERCE MAINTENANCE-ADMINISTRATION
This position is critical to the Department’s agency compass priorities. This position is responsible for coordinating training and development, workforce development and professional skills training (Workforce Development) for staff at Treasure Coast Operations. This position is responsible for records maintenance, coordination, storage, destruction and electronic document management system (EDMS) for the Operations Center.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Acts as Training Coordinator responsible for gathering, organizing, inputting and disseminating training information for/to staff. Assists Leadership in the development of staff annual training plan. Responsible for maintenance of plans folders and timely update of staff training information. Updates and distributes tracking tools for monitoring mandatory and position required training.
Performs the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) storage of construction and/or maintenance projects. Perform the daily attribution and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) function in order to publish/archive documents identified by the Unpublished Document Report submitted by central office. Retrieves documents, either hard copy or EDMS, as requested by proper authority.
Records Management and Property Inventory Tracking via various management systems, i.e. Records Retention and Destruction; to ensure compliance with department procedures.
Maintain and update SharePoint site as needed.
Direct and coordinate the accessing, reference, retrieval and disposal of records maintained in a central storage facility.
Maintain continuous control of the official copy of all completed records disposition requests for the office.
Assist in Emergency Operation Recovery Efforts.
