JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Attorney position in the Fort Pierce, FL. This position will represent the Department of Revenue Child Support Program in Circuit Court and Division of Administrative Hearings proceedings to establish paternity as needed and establish, modify and enforce child support obligations in St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee and Martin counties as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Member of the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of two years as an attorney.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience in Child Support and Family Law.
  • Preference may be given to candidates that are bilingual in English and Spanish.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • An alternative screening criteria matrix will be used to determine which candidate(s) will be interviewed.
  • Multiple positions may be filled from this ad.

SALARY: $57,124.68 - $88,736.40.
