The Work You Will Do:
Records and Funds Supervisor- District Four/Department of Transportation Development/District Right of Way Administ /Management Services
Supervise staff in project close-out activities in accordance with state and federal procedures, electronic recordkeeping systems, and the project destruction program. Supervise and direct subordinates in the preparation and auditing of various highly technical invoices relating to all phases of acquisition through the eminent domain process.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Supervise staff in project close-out activities in accordance with state and federal procedures, electronic recordkeeping systems, and the project destruction program. Ensure the technical integrity of Records Management, document and parcel information are updated in the Right of Way Management System (RWMS).
Supervise and direct subordinates in the preparation and auditing of various highly technical invoices relating to all phases of acquisition through the eminent domain process. Provides required accounting and auditing skills in order to review and approve prepared Right of Way Invoice Transmittals (RIT), Contract Invoice Transmittals (CIT) and Deposit Invoice Transmittals (DIT). Maintain detailed accounting of processed invoices in order to monitor payment information and fiscal year activities for Funds Management. Utilize and maintain the Right of Way Management System (RWMS) as it relates to these activities. Provide back-up assistance to Funds Management staff as required.
Supervise and direct subordinates in the daily activities, use, and maintenance, of a large bulk storage area set aside for the Right of Way archives. Provide back-up assistance to Records Management staff as required. Performs employee evaluation and recommends employment actions.
Supervise and direct subordinates in funds management, including Warrant Control Officer and Warrant Custodian’s activities, procurement of goods and services and initiate and modify work program change request.
Coordinates the electronic recordkeeping systems utilized to preserve permanent Right of Way documents. Maintain an inventory of all data stored on electronic media, integrate the management of electronic records with established Records Management systems, and provide assistance to users of electronic record systems.
Performs the annual District-wide inventory scanning for Right of Way. Monitor the receipt and distribution of equipment or materials added to the inventory. Conduct routine audits to verify inventory location. Coordinate the disposal of surplus property in accordance with established policies and procedures.
