OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT I - SES

APD TACACHALE

GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA

 

 

 

Supervises the two (2) Administrative Assistants II – SES to ensure efficient operation of the center’s administration office.

 

Responsible for effectively managing special projects and initiatives for Tacachale.

 

Manages the System Access Request Form (SARF) process at Tacachale.  This includes but not limited to:  maintaining the approval access for each position at Tacachale.

 

Serves as Tacachale’s Reportable/Critical Reports Coordinator.  This includes but not limited to:  gathering pertinent information, preparing reports for signature and providing follow up information to the State Office as needed.  Also serves as the “point person” for any inquiries regarding reportable/critical reporting.

 

Prepares and submits reports associated with follow up actions from Tacachale to the State Office regarding “verified findings” reports of abuse, neglect and exploitation on a monthly basis.

 

Provides technical assistance to the center’s internal investigators by reviewing investigative reports to ensure compliance of basic rules of grammar writing, spelling and use of plain language.

 

Attends all required in-service workshops and training sessions as needed or required to maintain and improve knowledge and skills.

 

Maintains resident/employee databases for completion of accurate reports.

 

Serves as a member of the center’s Executive Council team.

 

Performs other related duties as appropriate or assigned by the Quality Services Division Director

WORK SCHEDULE

 

This position is located at a 24- hour facility.  Regular Schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
