SALARY RANGE
$33,760.00 - $37,136.00 Annually $1,298.46 - $1,428.31 Biweekly

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is work receiving and issuing food and food service-related products from vendors and properly storing them for use in the food service department. Responsible for accurately receiving products in My Florida Marketplace for payment. This is to include but not limited to the following:
Establishes and maintains an inventory of supplies, materials, equipment and food to be provided to the Food Service Department within Tacachale. Reviews daily, weekly and/or monthly inventory levels to ensure an acceptable level of inventory and supplies are maintained. Initiate purchase orders for items to maintain stock levels and obtains special supplies and materials as required. Ensures proper and timely receiving in MFMP (My Florida Market Place) and documents are forwarded to Accounting within the established timeframes.
Inspects and organizes the Food Service dry and refrigerated/frozen storage areas for space utilization, cleanliness and safety standards. Conducts physical inventory of items on a periodic basis. Rotate stock and disposes of outdated inventory and supplies as needed to maintain quality product. Coordinates the receipt and inspection of supplies. Responsible for the loading, packaging and distribution of supplies.
Responsible for filling pull sheets, ensure the quality of the product and the accuracy of the count. Ensure supplies are issued from stock and delivered to Food Service Department in a timely manner. Informs Food Service Director II, Operations Management Consultant II of delivery discrepancies or problems with inventory. Maintains a working knowledge of the computer systems utilized in the food service operation.
Maintains a safe, orderly and clean working environment by observing good storage procedures. Assists in the care and maintenance of the storeroom supplies and equipment.
Provides advice and technical assistance to other Stores Analysts and Purchasing staff regarding stock related issues. Works tray line, dish room and pot room as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Must be able to lift, carry, bend, crouch, reach overhead, stand, and walk on a consistent basis.
- Must be able to do manual dexterity (i.e., use of fingers, hands, and arms).
- Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
This position may be required to perform essential services before, during, and after an emergency per APD OP 2-0035.
This position is critical to the safety and supervision of residents and may require the incumbent to work beyond their normal work schedule to maintain minimum coverage levels in the facility.

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
It is the policy of the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities that applicants for employment undergo Level 2 employment screening in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, as a condition of employment or being permitted to serve as a volunteer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
