REQUIREMENTS

 

The incumbant will provide clerical support for a busy medical office working with Family Planning, STD and Immunization and Adult Primary Care.

 

 

This position requires the following:

  • Work experience where attention to detail in following instructions is essential
  • Work experience in a setting with multiple demands that need to be addressed in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience working with multiple computer programs or an Electronic Medical Record
  • Work experience in a setting where customer service and sensitivity to individual client needs and confidentiality are priorities

 

Preference will be given to individuals who already work for the Florida Department of Health.

WHAT IS OPS EMPLOYMENT?
 
Other Personal Services (OPS) employment is a temporary employer/employee relationship used solely for accomplishing short term or intermittent tasks.  OPS are at-will employees and are subject to actions such as pay changes, changes to work assignment and terminations at the recommendation of the employer.
