The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First Region, is seeking a full-time attorney in our Jacksonville, FL office to handle criminal and dependency/civil cases in Nassau County. The qualified applicant should have a minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience in criminal and/ or civil/dependency and must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.   Experience in both criminal and civil/dependency is highly preferred. The Attorney will be required to represent clients in various types of court hearings, and multiple dockets in Nassau and possibly other Counties in the 4th circuit.   The position is a full time State of Florida position with attendant state benefits. Salary is commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.
