REQUIREMENTS

 

Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Supervisor, this is a highly visible and skilled position involving excercising of independent judgement and initiative in the DOH Health Center setting.  Provides excellent customer service and quality care experience at every customer encounter for the day-to-day front desk operation, office related duties and billing of medical services provided by the Center.  Performs front desk operations acccording to established policies and procedures (DOD-Duval Health Center Business Operations Manual, DOH-Duval Billing Manual, etc.)

 

Must have call center experience between 2015 thru 2017.  Must have medical experience between 2015 thru 2017.  Must have experience answering multi phone lines between 2015 thru 2017.
