Clerical Specialist I Job Duties:

 

  1. Dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly schedule business hours.
  2. Ability to focus and pay attention to details.
  3. Ability to read and comprehend.
  4. Effective and efficient communication skills and ability to interact professionally with other employees, members of the public and stakeholders.
  5. Perform quality work within deadlines.
  6. Ability to read and follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Assignments may be combination of, but not limited to the following, and/or similar tasks:

 

  1. Opening of arrest warrants and search warrants.
  2. Review and update out of county arrest after contacting and receiving the dockets from the arresting agency.
  3. Assisting with Officers filing in person.

 

Position Requirements:

 

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
