Clerical Specialist I Job Duties:
- Dependable and routine in-office attendance during regularly schedule business hours.
- Ability to focus and pay attention to details.
- Ability to read and comprehend.
- Effective and efficient communication skills and ability to interact professionally with other employees, members of the public and stakeholders.
- Perform quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to read and follow rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Work effectively as a team contributor as well as independently.
Assignments may be combination of, but not limited to the following, and/or similar tasks:
- Opening of arrest warrants and search warrants.
- Review and update out of county arrest after contacting and receiving the dockets from the arresting agency.
- Assisting with Officers filing in person.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
