Clerical Specialist II - Job Summary:
- Perform special and unique assignments in support of the Assistant State Attorney's prosecution of criminal cases.
- Copy, download, and convert electronic files from Law Enforcement Agencies by collecting data.
- Enter data and ensure accurate input into our web-based system.
- Examine law enforcement reports daily to ensure all available information pertaining to the case has been entered and documented into our web — based system.
- Communicate with Law Enforcement Agencies, Assistant State Attorneys, and Clerical Support.
- Work within designated deadlines with accuracy.
- Communicate with the Clerk of Court’s Office daily regarding the assignment of cases to ensure it is accurate in our system as well as theirs.
- Ability to read and comprehend and pay attention to details.
