Our Organization and Mission: The mission of the State Attorney’s Office is to pursue justice for the citizens of the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida and to fairly and impartially enforce the law.
Position Summary: This is skilled work in maintaining, editing and creating multimedia material. This position is responsible for developing and preparing multimedia to be used in trial work. Additionally, this position is responsible for the management, maintenance, safekeeping, and tracking of the multimedia equipment. The specialist will be proficient with numerous multimedia software packages in order to create, edit, and convert multimedia into (and from) various formats.
MULTIMEDIA SPECIALIST I
Job Duties
- Redact Audio and Video evidence; produce still photos from videos
- Troubleshoot problems related to viewing or hearing digital evidence
- FDLE Reports - Research and imaging
- Backup for eService email imaging
- Backup for uploading Transcription Requests to vendor
- Make copies of CD' s and DVD' s when Paralegals cannot
- Download videos from the Internet for Attorneys when needed
- Convert audio and video evidence when needed
- Travel to Courthouse to videotape Perpetuated Testimony when requested
- Set up audio visual equipment for meetings when requested
- Produce Jury List weekly from Jacksonville Sherrif Office and place on R: drive
- Back up for Clay and Nassau Counties for audio and video redactions when needed
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalency
