This is a 20 hour a week position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be willing and able to work at least 20 hours a week.
• Must be willing and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to work in Lake City, Florida
• Successful completion of the due diligence process to include, but not ‎limited to, a ‎Level II background check and drug test

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have at least one (1) year cleaning experience in a commercial building

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Incumbent will report directly to the House Keeping and Laundry Manager with primary responsibility for but not limited to cleaning of all common areas and resident rooms.

• Monitor equipment, furniture and fixtures and report any faulty findings
• Clean all resident common areas, resident rooms, windows, all porches, & interior areas as assigned
• Empty and clean trashcans, straightening & moving of furniture, dust mopping, and wet mopping
• Pressure wash porches and exterior building
• Clean window and door glass in assigned areas
• Perform other custodial duties as required
