MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or its equivalent and four (4) years of experience in property or inventory control.
College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester or 45 quarter hours for each year of the required experience.
Requires possession of a valid driver license.

Occasional to moderate travel required.

JOB DUTIES:
This position works under the direction of the property administrator performing administrative duties and other assigned tasks.
Duties include maintaining records and following procedures to accurately onboard, distribute, inventory and dispose of state and federal property.
Helps to ensure that all accountable property is located and properly identified in the Center. Maintains records of fire department leases, and in conjunction with local Forest Area Supervisors, conducts annual inspections.
Assists the property administrator in receiving, inspecting and onboarding new equipment including verification inspection, entry in appropriate inventory databases, requesting fuel cards and vehicle tags. Enters and removes purchased stock and supplies in the warehouse program.
Assists with the maintenance and repair of fixed facilities and grounds in and around the Central shop compound as assigned.
