Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position serves as a Human Services Program Records Analyst for the Healthy Families Program. This is a quality assurance position that ensures the Healthy Families Pinellas model meets established standards of fidelity and performance for Healthy Families America Accreditation, Healthy Families Florida, and agency requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and implement procedures for ensuring quality assurance activities are conducted routinely. Prepare and present quality reports, data analysis, and feedback to management. Work closely with supervisors, resource specialists, management, and other team members to resolve quality issues and improve performance outcomes for funders.
Drive initiatives to improve quality standards, processes, and the overall performance of the program. Assist Staff Assistant of the Healthy Families Pinellas Program Director with creating/analyzing program surveys for quality improvement, along with completing one QA Phone Survey per home visitor each month from a random family on their caseload. Designs, evaluates, and recommends changes based on need and analysis. Providing consultation and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-related, or process related topic

Qualifications:
Minimum –
· 1 year of experience in quality assurance, data analysis, case management, human services, or program compliance.
· 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
· 1-2 years of experience working with databases or electronic case management systems.
Preferred -
· 2 or more years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, program evaluation, or compliance monitoring within a human services or public health setting.
· Experience working with Healthy Families America (HFA), Healthy Families Florida (HFF), or other home visiting or maternal & child health programs.
· Experience conducting file audits, reviewing electronic case files, or monitoring program fidelity.
· Knowledge of HMS, HFF database systems, or similar data platforms used in home visiting or social service programs.
· Experience developing quality assurance tools, checklists, or process improvement workflows.
· Experience preparing reports, data summaries, or presentations for management or funders.
· Experience providing staff training, coaching, or technical assistance.
· Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, funders, or community partners.
