RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

 

This position acts as a Liaison with law enforcement to coordinate the transmission, submission, and receipt of digital evidence; perform video, audio and digital document redactions; search, retrieval, classification, storage, and conversion of digital media files which include but are not limited to photographs, audio records, video recordings, and paper documents through a variety of in-house and third-party document management platforms.

 

Provide Tier 1 technical support for media issues related to computer systems, software and hardware; Perform basic troubleshooting on various hardware, software and networking systems in respect to media; recognize and escalate more difficult problems to Tier 2 support; and ensure outstanding customer service with a thorough, timely, and transparent resolution.

 

This position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the public-facing websites as well as internal sites on the SharePoint platform. The successful applicant will demonstrate flexibility, have extremely focused organizational and excellent problem-solving skills, have patience, a positive customer service mindset and a willingness to perform additional duties as required.

 

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

 

A high school diploma or equivalency, vocational school or certifications with basic training in multimedia equipment and software, and one year of multimedia experience.

 

DESIRED SKILLS

 

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of various software programs to include Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, as well as other audio/video editing software. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is a must. WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JSON preferred.
