Law Clerk (paid full time) position available for lawyer with 1-5 years of experience who has been admitted to the Florida Bar.  The ideal candidate will possess exceptional legal research and writing skills and the ability to understand and apply legal principles, statutory and case law, court rules, and rules of procedure.  The position also requires the ability to identify legal issues, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and work well with others.  The ideal candidate will understand the need to exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality, and candor in handling all matters.

 

This is an opportunity to work under the supervision of the Honorable Norma S. Lindsey, starting in January 2025.  Partial or fully remote work is an option.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

Graduation from an accredited law school and member of The Florida Bar.
