Internal Opportunity: Senior Human Services Program Specialist
We are looking for a strong, experienced Senior Human Services Program Specialist to support ESS operations through high-level policy guidance, technical consultation, and program integrity support.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of ACCESS eligibility determination experience (public assistance eligibility)
- Strong policy knowledge and ability to interpret and apply federal/state rules consistently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Public Benefits Integrity (case accuracy, compliance, corrective actions, etc.)
- Solid understanding of EBT procedures and related policy/process requirements
- Proven ability to serve as a liaison between Operations and Legal (researching issues, clarifying guidance, coordinating responses, and supporting policy-related decisions)
